Nice place.... great location, clean, well run. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is very tight underground but works. Free breakfast is fine, nothing huge but enough for me....all in all nothing to complain about, we will be back...p.s. beds are very soft, if you like a firm mattress, look elsewhere.

They were absolutely amazing. Location is in the heart of downtown, right in front of the famous eddie burger. Front desk staffs have exceeded our expectation, every single person weve interacted with have went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. Esp (i couldnt get the name) two asian ladies at the front desk, they were nothing but sweet and accommodating and we were extremely impressed! I will always return to this location when coming to banff. Ive stayed at moose, and other lodges here but this hotel is definitely the best. The room is super clean, spacious, we got the king deluxe with
