Location is prime and allows you to walk anywhere. Underground parking is available but could be tight on a busier days. We have stayed here twice as they are a pet friendly hotel, however floor 1 is the only floor allowing dogs. If you do stay here please note that not all rooms have windows to open for proper airflow. Room 107 specifically had a lobby facing window and this window did not have the ability to be be opened for additional air flow. This hotel does not have AC in any of their rooms, but only a single fan which is provided. Our sleep was very uncomfortable due to the lack of airflow

I went there during the COVID pandemic. The room was good, but the carpet and curtains seem to be a bit old and not well cleaned up. I don't like carpets, actually, I hate carpets and I don't get the point of having something in your room or apartment that accumulates so much dust, mites, mold, bacteria, and dirt. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The bathroom looked renewed. The restaurant was closed. There is a parking spot under the building, but spots are very few.
Positive: bathroom was renewed
Negative: carpet and curtains
Range 0 10 where 0 is terrible, 5 is good and 10 is excellent

Would definitely not stay here again. The layouts of the room are very weird, and the walls are paper thin. They have one bed right next to the wall to the hallway so I didnt sleep at all. I know its not the hotels fault but the fire alarm went off after we had gone to bed, and there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors and yelling and screaming all night (past midnight). It was also not the cleanest. We had to wipe everything down when we got there. The floors definitely werent cleaned and there was hair clumps in the shower. They also only had one unlined garbage

Our stay was fine, we were close to downtown which was nice. But for what we paid.. our room had water damage in the ceiling, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels, the lighting in the bathroom was also horrible, for girls trying to do makeup it was a nightmare! They also dont do turndown service which we didnt know till we came back to the room the second night. The complimentary breakfast was very salty, we didnt even eat it the rest of our stay. The health centre was very outdated and half the jets in the hot tub didnt work.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, very knowlegded and helpful staff. Rooms had a lodge vibe and very nice hot tub. Do note parking height restriction is 6 foot but they also have outdoor parking for oversized vehicles.
