My experience was great. I went for a walk-in at 4:40 for my booster and it was very quick. The place was very clean (as expected because its new) and the doctor was very nice. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience though as it can only fit a small amount of cars. The location is right at a very busy intersection so getting out was also a challenge.

I needed to get my child a booster and I called they said come before 5 which I did. I had to come after work and after my child’s School. They didn’t want to open any boosters for my child and told me to come back tomorrow. This was already my second time coming.

The waiting period is too way long. The receptionist is accepting a lot of patients and not really care if the waiting period becomes too long. They prioritize the easiest service like giving vaccines and booster and if you walk in , and your medical needs is not about vaccines then you have to wait too long until all the vaccines patients are all done. It is not fair. The receptionist should advice all the walk in patients how long they have to wait. Although they advertised and posted that they welcome walk ins, the reality is you have to wait too long until all the vaccines clients are all done

They seem way more interested in giving out the vaccine then seeing people with legitimate medical issues. Myself and another patient who both needed actual medical care waited while person after person walked in to get a vaccine. If that's all you care about put a sign on the door so I know to go somewhere else.
