No matter what you are looking for in the area of coaching we recommend that you book a Free Intro to come in and have a chat about your goals! We can then help you in deciding what the best path will be. We require all of our new members who want to get fitness training to complete our Foundations program.

This program is designed to provide you with the proper technique of the majority of movements used in CrossFit. It's purpose is to teach you the mechanics of the movements, how to use all of the equipment and to learn why intensity is important! Our Free Intro is an opportunity for you to come in and meet with a coach, get a tour of the gym and ask any questions you may have.

Nutrition KickStart

Our 6 week Nutrition Kickstart is designed for you to learn, practice and build healthy habits. Our lives are the sum of our habits. These small daily actions, good or bad, lead to the results we see. When it comes to nutrition there are some key habits that bring results. Each week we will introduce a new habit and give you space to practice.
Group Coaching

Our membership options are endless and can be customized for any level of commitment. Work twice a week one on one with your coach on a training program designed specifically for your individual goals. If you need to upgrade to more classes per week just send us a quick email and we can make that change immediately.
Fit for Life – Light Class
Report
We know starting an exercise program can be scary so we created a program that is fun, strength based, low intensity and effective. Over the 13 sessions you will learn to move well, gain confidence and get stronger. Classes will be in our beautiful outdoor workout space. To start you journey you will have an Inbody Scan to determine your muscle mass and body fat % and will be given lots of tips and tricks improve your nutrition too.
