Amazing experience, great vet, great care and advices for our dog. We got in the same day we called, and they are open until 10pm and that's their regular hours. After 10pm they have emergency vet there, I think that's fantastic. Prices are reasonable and vets are really carrying and want to actually talk with you and give you advice.

I didn't know what was wrong with my cat. She's 15, diabetic and when I woke up she was drooling a lot with blood in it, her tongue was hanging out and she didn't want to move much. I couldn't get her into her usual vet and I was so worried about her. I called Edmonton West Animal Hospital. She's never been there before
but I told them what was wrong and the gentleman that answered the phone was super helpful and friendly and said, absolutely, bring her in right now. I got there and they took us into a room immediately and the doctor came right in. Turned out it was just a couple back teeth had

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. It took me a while to be able to gather myself together to write this review after a very traumatic week, but I feel that it's necessary that people know what they are getting into bringing their beloved pets here. About a week and a half ago I brought my elderly dog here to get an exam as I suspected she might have an eye infection. She was quite lethargic, her appetite had decreased and she didn't have much energy. When I brought her in, the doctor *barely* examined her, took her to the back to run some tests on her eyes and returned her to me telling me
