The Corner Stone Pilates
At The Cornerstone Pilates, our mission is to teach movement. We combine the study and discipline of the biomechanics of the body in motion combined with the basic principles taught by Joseph Pilates for a whole integrated approach to moving the body. Re-learn to move in an intelligent way with our workouts designed in varying levels of complexity from beginner to intermediate to advanced.

Our goal is to help you feel your best every time you step foot outside the studio and to fall in love with the way your body moves. The principle of embodiment as human movers means that our mood, personality, history, family, values, culture is represented in how we present ourselves. How we do one thing is how we do everything.

I have been working with people with varying degrees of pain and/or discomfort ranging from disc herniations, stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, SI-joint dysfunction, arthritis, knee & hip replacements, MS, cancer, whiplash, various degrees of trauma survivors and the list goes on.

Health Clinic
Report
Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, a type of preventative maintenance. Reflexology is a way to restore our body's homeostasis.
Virtual Workshops
Report
This workshop focuses on the bones. Our muscles move our bones and we tend to think about the muscles, but what if we took a step back and looked at what the bones can do. How are our bones connected to one another? How do they help move us forward? From top to bottom, our bones provide support for our bodies and help form our shape.
Testimonials
Report
I had been taking private sessions at Cornerstone Pilates for over one year when the first lockdown hit! I was determined not to allow all of the progress that I had made over the previous months go to waste. I was enjoying a renewed confidence in myself, pain relief in both my hips and shoulders and reduced stress levels.
