Had the hypoallergenic cat food my regular vet and several other vet clinics were out of. Important when you've been evacuated and have a pet with food allergies and who has also been displaced.

I like the vets but dont care for the front desk or the disorganization of this place. Two times in a row now, Ive called way in advance to order my dogs pills and when I come in to pickup they are never ready. Youd think thered be an apology while I waited 15 minutes for the pills

It's regrettable to see how this clinic is using COVID as an excuse to provide substandard animal care. A dog's visit to the vet is a very stressful affair, not allowing the owner of a little puppy to be there is simply cruel. I will not be going to this clinic. Thanks for the review, I'll gladly dodge this bullet and go with another provider.
