Vernon Vet has been my veterinary clinic for over 20 years. Does not matter which vet is treating your pet...they all are fantastic. But it all starts at the reception desk... it is a happy place to visit...even my dog doesn't mind going :)

Absolutely the worst and least compassionate people to deal with. No real care or concern for your pets. Moody bunch that plays games with your fur babies lives. DO NOT TRUST!!! Completely unprofessional. Im still waiting for a same day call back 6 days later on an emergent matter. Ive had two bad experiences here thats enough. Fool me twice shame on me. Ive moved on down the street where the people actually love animals and show it.
