It was a cavity filling surgery between 1.20pm to 1.45 pm.on 19th January 2022. In process it was painless due to injection of appropriate anesthetic. Occasionally i could hear the dentist asking me questions during the surgery. The dentist, assistant' and the receptionist were in excellent service. Charge was reasonable.

Excellent and friendly dentists, hygienist, and receptionists. Want to say great thanks to my hygienist as she often thorough with her job and receptionists who always have a smile on and polite even under the mask making visiting the clinic so welcoming and relaxing.

The office manager is someone who doesn't admit to when she makes a mistake and take accountability for it. They requested payment from our insurance and instead of waiting for the insurance to pay them as they have done it for the past 15 years or so, she asked us to pay up front as well; which we did. They double charged us for the visit and I am still waiting to be refunded. Very disappointed..
You have not resolved any of the issues. Our insurance has paid you and we have paid you as well. We've not received refund for double charging us and no accountabilities for your mistakes Still waiting

I was hesitant whether I should go to an orthodontist to straighten my teeth as my teeth are relatively short. Finally in early 2019, I consulted Dr Reza Aran at ACU Dental Clinic at Metrotown and told him my hesitation and concerns. Dr Aran and his assistant Sheida addressed and dispelled my concerns. I finally decided to get braces and wires as opposed to Invisalign as my option, and requested a relatively longer duration for easier adjustment. My teeth were straighten out by late July 2021. Throughout the process, Dr Aran has shown his professionism, skills and patience both in the course

An awesome dental clinic! I have my regular hygienist, who I see regularly. It feels like Im meeting with a friend every time I go in! Oral hygiene is important, go with a dental clinic that makes you feel comfortable and taken care of! Ive been going here 15+ years now and Ill continue to.
