So far we've had nothing but great experiences with this vet. We recently had our cat spayed here and they were very informative and kept in touch. She even called the next day to check in! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service. My cat sees Dr. Wise and she is phenomenal. Very informative and takes her time to answer any questions that you may have. I am a new pet owner and I appreciate her addressing all of my concerns and being transparent. The whole staff are friendly!

Great staff to deal with and treat your pets well but they have over extended themselves. If your pet is having an emergency don't bother they won't have time for you and will recommend you go elsewhere; this isn't a one off. Once my guy had an eye infection and it took them two days to get in at which point it was pretty bad. The next time was a severe allergic (hives from head to hind) reaction and again they told me to go elsewhere. Might be time for them to find a new facility where they can have more vets and vet techs otherwise more comments like this will start popping up.

Amazing vet! Everyone loves their dog, but I LOVE my dog [Nike] with my entire heart and soul. I took Nike to a few vets [in Etobicoke] and they all made me feel like the only thing that mattered was charging me and charging me a lot. One vet even refused to answer a simple question over the phone, unless I brought Nike in. I told them I'd never go back, because it was obvious what mattered to them.
I then found BloorMill Vet, they're absolutely phenomenal, they truly care and very reasonable when it comes to cost. Great people! Has always been a really positive experience. Highly recommend them
