It pains me to write this review, it really does. I thought InHarmony would be the one. The receptionists were professional, kind and welcoming, the location was perfect for me, and my dental hygienist was amazing. However, something went wrong somewhere, and they just could not acknowledge it. The next time you're visiting the dentist, here's a tip for you: Do your research. According to the BCDA 2021 Fee Guide, one unit of time lasts 15 minutes. Therefore, when a dental clinic charges me for three (3) units of time, I expect them to clean my teeth for 45 minutes (or give or take a couple minutes

Everyone hates the dentist, but these folks are great, dr. Alex has the best bedside manner money can buy and is a very skilled dentist to boot. Ashley and Courteney are great at helping you get appointments as soon as possible. Rheza is the best dental assistant I've ever had, and all the rest of the staff I haven't met seem to be very nice as well. I don't think they hire people who are not compassionate.
