I give this place a low review because I was a client there for a ling time. I booked my appointments a year out and within 1-2 weeks of EVERY appoitment I received an email telling me the appointment was cancelled and to rebook. I don't believe covid has anything to do with it as I moved my services to Eagle Creek Dental who has not cancelled any appointments.

Lady on the phone kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my benefits and said she couldn't give me an answer unless I came there and paid 20$ for an appointment. Currently on disability and that's a money grab. I highly don't recommend giving them any kind of buisness.

This has been my go to dentist for many years. I once had a chipped tooth another dentist was trying to talk me into a crown whereas at Cresta I got a filling that is still holding strong today. They saved me thousands of dollars and I have been a loyal customer ever since.

Terrible experience with their dental insurance claims. The clinic claimed my insurance 4 times for the same appointment, and made mistake on the type of x-ray used for my dental check-up. They kept pestering me to pay them the remaining charges not paid by my insurance company. Also, they insist they did not make any mistakes when submitting the claim to my insurance company. Did not even apologize even after finally realizing they made mistakes after a few months of emailing back and forth.

My whole family uses this dentist office, and we have had great experiences. Kids are generally afraid of a trip to the dentist, but that is not what we have experienced here, the whole staff is able to put the kids minds at ease and the dentists are able to walk us through exactly what they are doing. I would highly recommend Cresta for anyone, the hours are also great, with the ability to make appointments on weekends and in evenings, no more taking time off work or pull the kids out of school to make it to the dentist!
