Circuit classes will consist of a warm-up/stretch, interval training for approximately 30 min and a cool-down/stretch at the end. Hatha Yoga classes will consist of a variety of seated and standing poses and mini flows to strengthen and lengthen the muscular body. Carrie Brown is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years combined experience.
