Hansel and Gretel Bakery is a Maple Ridge business with a lot passion! Our head pastry chef and owner, Claudia Storer, has over 20 years of experience working in restaurants, bakeries, markets and hotels, and learned the pastry trade from some of the best chefs Vancouver has to offer. Her dream to own her own shop where she could make high quality, tasty artisan treats according to her own standards came true in 2015.

We are pleased to offer a wide variety of personalized cakes and pastries for all occasions and would love to help make your big event even more special with a customized order - please place order at least 7 days in advance. A basic 9 sponge cake with buttercream icing covered in fondant/marzipan and decorated in a theme of your choosing starts at $75.
