At Capri, we strive to offer you the best ingredients we can. Quality ingredients that are organic, locally sourced, ethically farmed + imported from Italy. All of our bread is made in house with non-GMO Italian flour, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil + is vegan. All ingredients are listed, so make sure you tell your server when you order, to change or omit an ingredient.
