Shala Yoga is a bright, intimate space that strives to create transformative experiences through yoga. Our smaller class sizes have cultivated an inviting community and inclusive culture of supportive practitioners who are looking for deeper connection with themselves as they explore new frontiers in self-awareness while making friends along the way!

Shala Yoga offers an assortment of pass options to meet a wide variety of individual needs. Pre-registration is recommended but not required. Join us for a single class to try out our studios, check out a new class, or when you are uncertain the next time you will be able to make it to the studio for practice.

Teaching from the seat of experience, Anna seeks to offer classes that are alignment focused, challenging, and accessible to all body types and levels of flexibility.
