Developed by its founder, Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century, Pilates is a unique and comprehensive fitness program. Its origins and influences lie in the various disciplines of yoga, dance, gymnastics, martial arts and weight training.

Our Pilates Teacher Training program is run under the umbrella of Balanced Body Education, an internationally-recognized and highly regarded Pilates equipment and education company based in Sacramento, CA. Our program is module-based - take each or all of the modules in the way that suits you best: all in one year, or spread out over 1, 2 or more years if it works better for your lifestyle or learning-style!
