We provide a safe, welcoming atmosphere that will help you explore and develop your inner strength, and further your health and wellness goals through a mind/body connection. Our studio is clean, small, inviting, and supportive. Our aim is to help you feel confident and move better in your body. We will teach you how to keep your joints mobile, build strength, and guide you towards a more movement based lifestyle.

Nicki Irwin is the owner and founder of Shape 4 Life & Satya Yoga offering Personal Training, Yoga & Mobility classes. She started her fitness journey in her early teens when she realized the importance of improving her own fitness and health. Her interests included running, biking, competitive horseback riding and working out at the gym.

Bootcamps are conducted in a group atmosphere, where you are surrounded with like minded people who will encourage and motivate you. Workouts are designed to help build lean muscle that will strengthen and tone your body. They are a combination of fun, playful, and challenging workouts with all fitness levels in mind.
