Most of our suites have photos, floor plans and a virtual tour to help you rent an apartment without seeing it in person.

If you require an in-person viewing, please call the Superintendent associated with the building you are interested in. Masks are required for all viewings. Once you found an apartment that suits your needs, you can apply directly on our website and you will be contacted within 24 hours regarding the next steps on how to secure your next home!

All prospective tenants must see the apartment in person before applying to the unit. To do so, please check our Apartments for Rent page for the contact number of the specific building you would like to visit. Please note, we will require the security deposit of last month's rent in order to secure the apartment.

Rental Payments

Report

We accept post-dated cheques for rent payments. This can be dropped off at your Superintendent's office, mail slot at your building or at our head office. Please ensure it is payable to your building name and your unit number is indicated on each cheque. All cheques must be dated on the 1st of each month and signed.

Pet Registration

Report

We understand that your pets are part of your family and we are proud to offer pet-friendly apartments across Ottawa. The hallways, front entrance and back parking lot is a shared space by all of our residents and we therefore require that all residents clean up after their pets. Please dispose of doggy bag in a trash can for waste disposal.
