Georgian Bay Veterinary has been fabulous with taking care of our pets. They are informative and both our dogs love going to the Vet. I love that they have been Fear Free certified to improve the patient experience and are always very helpful and supportive both when we phone and when we go for visits.

I have been using Georgian Bay Veterinary Hospital since they opened. I have never before (other than Pyne Hills Vet Hospital in Tottenham) come across Veterinarians who care as much about our 4 legged family members as these AMAZING VETS and ALL Wonderful Staff that work there do. The compassion they showed when we had to put our OES down years ago was second to none. I never did let them know how much that was appreciated. Now, my 2 year old dog has a horrible ear infection. It is very persistent and the care the vets are showing is fantastic. They are even messaging me without me calling, just

Would not recommend. The services are expensive and they sold me things i didnt need. In the package for me left outside they added an extra thing (dog cone) which I did not require without prior asking me if I needed it. When I called about this I was asked to return it for a refund. Which I did, and someone even showed up at the door and confirmed with me that I am returning when I was dropping the package outside. Its been 5 weeks since I was promised a refund. Tried to call to discuss but a fax responds for an Operator option (3). Left a comment on their web site but was told that tech

Wonderful experience, vets and receptionists are extremely professional, very patient with my cat and made him feel very comfortable. In prescribing him preventative care, I had asked to have some time to explore all my options and they wrote down all sorts of information for me which I so appreciate. Very thorough, I highly recommend and your pet will be in good hands here!
