Very professional and caring. Always friendly. They have taken care of the cats for over 27 years. The staff are great. Sue makes life easy at the desk. Mo loves seeing them. He always gets a treat from Sue. Very good vet service. Feels like family.

Amazing vet! We couldn't find a vet taking on new clients for our 10 year old cat and they got us in next day. Our cat is doing amazing and they've called twice just to check in on her. We will absolutely continue to use this vet!

The staff are so friendly and helpful! Moved to the area during COVID so we have yet to meet most of the staff face to face, but despite the communication being done by phone, it is clear and effective. Our cat was treated for respiratory issues and in 2 days was better and had more energy than hed had in years. Very pleased with Baywood!!!!
