Yoga Alliance (USA) #84306) for a 3 1/2hr non-heated Wall Yin Workshop, open to all teachers and students. Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the Wall as a prop to effectively increase or decrease the level of stress (tension/compression) in the target area of the particular posture. Primary emphasis are hips and spine.

Wall Yin has been shown to be the most accessible Yin Yoga Class while maintaining the effectiveness of each posture. We provide an inclusive space and virtual platform for students to explore their own yoga with accessible sequences and continuous education. We offer a variety of classes in-studio and online to support each individual in their yoga journey.
